1. "Time Period": Select a time period (either continuous or semester-based)

"Continuous" time periods specify a bounds-inclusive time period, including:

• A start year, with a start semester
• An ending year, with an ending semester

"Semester-based" time periods specify a bounds-inclusive time period, including:

• A start year
• An ending year
• Semesters within each included year to display

2. "Course": Select a course/select courses:

Select one or both of EPCS 2200 and EPCS 3200, to display data from those specific courses.

(Semesters equal to or prior to Spring 2019 were 1-credit-hour courses, and thus were called "2100" and "3100"; these are classified as 2200 and 3200 respectively.)

3. "Demographics": Select an overarching demographic category:

This allows selection between:

• Ethnicity
• Gender
• Total

4. For ethnicity and gender, users are able to choose more specific selections relevant to those categories

5. "Chart": Select desired chart type

---

6. "Metric Type": Choose between:

• Number
• Percentages

(For the Y-axis)

7. "Submit": Fetch and display data as specified
