First alpha release

This is the alpha release of this software. There will likely never be a new update as an executable is not the best way to do get true randomness in the hands of people who need it. A website with an API would be much better. hint, hint The exe attached will create a noise.jpg file beside it. It's safe to delete after a generation session.
