Revised MHcut with DOI

A snapshot of the code and analysis used to produced the revised manuscript. DOI with Zenodo.

• Integration of the indelphi scores.
• Restart mode.
• Use reverse-complement of protospacer sequence when on reverse strand.
• Test all guides for nested MH or indelphi scores (before only unique guides were tested).
• Added license.
• Configured PyPi installation.
