Unlike t1_BegFont, ufw_BegFont overwrites a callback and that forced -ufo option to generate unprocessed output. With this change rotateFont's own callbacks are restored after each writer’s begfont call.

Description
Intended to fix #1802. Only rotateFont.c has been modified and it should not affect any other part of AFDKO.
