- Goal: develop open-source drug discovery 2.0 components with data management backends
- Requirements:
- Cloud-based software solution
- Must use existing published data source
- Data source should include genes, drugs, diseases from general-purpose web resources with API/MCP support
- Address as many points of data management / knowledge management as possible: data processing,
- Must use existing data analysis pipeline (from papers, github, Galaxy, CFDE etc)
- Agentic AI powered that can scale
- Single-person or team of 2
- The case studies should be aligned to Paper2Drug, Terrain2Drug, Market2Drug, or Phenotype2Drug
- Must have some database backend to store sessions, memories, user profiles, preferences, states, etc
