Animation effects on scroll.

Maybe it needs some timer tweaking for faster response. I will play with it in my fork.

I was planning to do something like this, but with a twist that components would be also lazy loaded from server, not just animated to look that they pop in.

I also plan to do that. I think that it would be easier to implement new component with lazy loading. I will play with it.

I made some progress with lazy loading. You can check it in my fork

Currently it's a mess, but it just a prototype. Can you look at this, if you have some spare time, I would love to hear some suggestions from you.
