Fixed opening of nvim in terminal

Changes:

• Fixed checking whether nvim is opened or not
• Added cleanup for the socket file
• Added konsole terminal (from KDE) as one of the options for terminals
• Fixed opening of the terminals by adding -e parameter on linux

I tested everything on linux (arch), have not tested on windows or macos.

You download it, save it somewhere and then import the folder in unity package manager
