Refactored contextmanagement in AFCache to AFCacheManager
Getting cache instances now:
AFCache *myCache = [AFCacheManager defaultCache];
or
AFCache *myCache = [AFCacheManager cacheForName:@"myName"];
AFCache sharedInstance is now deprecated
