This PR updates broken GitHub links on the page:
https://www.asyncapi.com/docs/tools/cli/usage

Changes

• Updated the cli/docs/usage.md file with the correct links
• Fixed the @oclif/plugin-autocomplete link tag
• Verified all links resolve correctly
