This is a patch version upgrade from 2.0.9 to 2.0.17. The changes consist of bug fixes and dependency updates, with no breaking changes cited. For example, a fix was introduced for a rare case where the MDC (Mapped Diagnostic Context) could be initialized incorrectly. Source: SLF4J News
