Most recent LTS version of node. Hopefully addresses @danielthepope 's review comment.
* Switch to using ES6 module from commonJS. * Check for circular dependencies in WebPack using CircularDependencyPlugin

Update to ES6 module instead of commonJS, add some logging, update many dependencies.
