Add Arctic wallet into the list of desktop wallets

How can we close pull request to add our project on the webpage?

We'll need someone well-known in the community to be able to vouch that your wallet is legit, and that they have personally used it at least for some minimal functions to be able to say that.

While @melroy89 have approved the PR, I have not verified if he's able to say that yet.

Indeed according to https://arcticwallet.io/assets bch is supported. And allow you to use exchange and bank card purchase as well as fix rate swap.

I added Arctic at the end of desktop wallets list, and to the list of mobile wallets as well, since we have a mobile wallet now. Please check and approve.
