Required to fix bevyengine/bevy#22707. Steps:

  1. Unbreak this PR, by fixing remove glam #19. Whee no CI due to proprietary vendor-locked tools.
  2. Merge this PR.
  3. Release a new dlss_wgpu version.
  4. Make a matching PR to bevy, to use this version and match the new API.

I was planning to not update the README, as no real user should be pulling this version in.
