Improved piping

Changes:

• SlurpXCTools.Version now reads for strings from previous output set a version or build number if one is not provided
• your Slurp instance is now passed into task creation allowing task creation functions to be pure and allow you to use the $0 shorthand syntax (which also makes typing return optional)

Fixes:

• Dependencies run correctly on runAndExit command
• Application loader leaves "waiting" message at the correct time
• Path to slurp clone fixed
• CWD changes path at the correct time in the pipeline rather than at the very start on init
