I didn't want to go through the steps to setup python and the virtualenv tools on my workstation as setting up a container would be easier. Contributing this back if it would be helpful for other people.
Add the necessary components to be able to use a container to use the sage tool.
I tested this with podman 3.3.1. I tested both the no proxy and proxy configurations. All tests were successful.
