While "three pair" obviously isn't a hand in this variant, if there are three pairs among the 7 cards we want to create a hand with the two strongest pairs out of the three.
Also shows each card as they are drawn during the streets.
Will be helpful for a future fix for the turn order bug

A variant that will display 1 hole card of an opponent when hands have been dealt. One player would instead see a fake card though.
Adds the option of being able to specify a timeout which would cause idle players to check, or fold if not able.
