Adds <3.0 upper bound to the gh dependency to match the pattern used by other tooling dependencies (shellcheck, devpod) and reduce risk of unexpected breaking changes from future major versions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
