Label was only in build.yaml workflow, meaning local builds wouldn't pass `bootc container lint`. Adding to Containerfile ensures compatibility. Ref: https://bootc-dev.github.io/bootc/bootc-images.html#standard-metadata-for-bootc-compatible-images
