feat: allow creating price discovery offers

Adds UI support for preminting vouchers with reserve ranges for price discovery offers.

Changes

• PremintVouchersModal: New modal component for reserving voucher ranges and preminting

  • Form fields for range start, length, and premint amount
  • Validation for range constraints and premint limits
  • Integration with offer preminting flow

• SellerProductsTable: Added "Premint Vouchers" action button to product rows

• Dependencies: Upgraded @bosonprotocol/react-kit to ^0.59.1 for latest core-components support
