Code Review

This pull request adds a new poster resource to the website. The changes include updating the main resources data file, adding a link on the working group page, and adding a DOI to the events page. The changes are mostly correct, but I've found a small data inconsistency in the resources.json file where the url and doi for the new poster resource point to different, albeit related, records. I've suggested a fix to make the data consistent.
