Improve LTL stepper navigation and view labels

Summary

• remove the beta tag from the table view tab and mark the matrix view as beta
• add a progress indicator, keyboard navigation, and smooth transitions for the stepper
• highlight the formula tree when changing states to give visual change cues
• prevent auto focusing step containers to avoid scrolling the tree into view while navigating
