Bump version to 1.0.0-beta.5 across ack, ack_annotations, ack_firebase_ai, ack_generator, and ack_json_schema_builder. Adds value-based equality for schemas and constraints, supports doc comments for schema descriptions, fixes type resolution bugs, updates dependencies, and improves documentation. Ensures compatibility and alignment between all packages.
