Replaces custom workflow files with reusable workflows for CI, PR title checks, and publishing to pub.dev. Removes legacy workflows (pr.yml, release-please.yml, release.yml, test.yaml) in favor of standardized actions from btwld/dart-actions, simplifying maintenance and configuration.

Deleted the entire demo directory, including source code, configuration files, and documentation. Also removed BUTTON_STYLING_GUIDE.md and FORTAL_VARIANTS.md guides. Updated CI workflow to remove unused project_paths input.
