Potential solution to FibonacciIterator with maximum parameter n, and exercise on pdist

Hi Prof. Nelson and Sue,

I did two exercises from the book and hope they were helpful:

1. The exercise in the "Iterators and Generators" notebook asking for a Fibonacci Iterator with a maximum parameter n.
2. The very last exercise in the "Distances" notebook asking to run pdist on a variety of metrics and observe their runtime.
