Major documentation updates to improve onboarding and operations.

• JavaScript SDK Guide: Adds full TypeScript project setup, installation, minimal counter app, and build/deploy workflow (calimero-sdk → WASM → meroctl calls). Clarifies CRDT usage, events, nested CRDTs, and private storage; removes decrement examples from Counter and refines @View() return types.
• Rust SDK Guide: Extends build instructions with build.rs to auto-generate res/abi.json and state-schema.json; adds explicit WASM target/build steps and outputs.
• Getting Started: Expands create-mero-app flow, installation prerequisites, and end-to-end steps to run nodes, install apps, create contexts, and call methods (Merobox/merod/meroctl).
• Operator Docs: Improves local network run guide (Merobox and merod), monitoring/health checks, logs, and admin endpoints with real command/output examples.
• meroctl CLI: Adds install options (cargo/brew), configuration, and comprehensive command references for apps, contexts, calls, blobs, peers, and node ops.
