Description
Fixed incorrect duration display in performance measurements, ensuring durations are properly formatted as milliseconds or seconds based on their actual values.
Testing
Ran the Performance Monitor plugin, navigated to the testing grounds, and executed a measurement. Verified the output in the DevTools UI.
