A widget that displays a random, specific, or the most recent post, or a specific page.
== Description ==
CW Post Widget creates a widget that can display one of the following:
- The newest post
- A random post
- The newest post from a specific category
- A random post from a specific category
- A specific post or page
You can also force it to respect the "read more" tag on all pages.
To use the widget, log into the WordPress dashboard and go to Appearance -> Widgets. Grab the CW Post Widget under "Available Widgets" and drag it to a widget area. Set your configuration options, then click on "Save".
== Installation ==
The easiest installation method is to install it from the plug-in manager in the WordPress dashboard. If that isn't an option, then follow these steps:
- Upload the directory "cw_post_widget" to the "/wp-content/plugins/" directory
- Activate the plugin through the "Plugins" menu in WordPress
