Ensure elFinder's assets are compiled/copied into the Admin's dist directory.
If you rename the commit:
Update Elfinder to 2.1.66
to
fix(admin): Update Elfinder to 2.1.66

There is currently a security advisory for
studio-42/elfinderv2.1.64. This updates it to a more recent patched version.
