Add config keys for setting up the local environment path to execute terraform from it and also the limit of nested modules to be represented

It allow to choose the working dir for the environment to deploy. It works for ZIP applications. If the environment to deploy has a reference to a module also defined in the same file, it will represent the resources configured in the module.
