added Rancher v2.6.7 with some improvements #404

Added installer script for Rancher v2.6.7, based on v2.6.2 with the following changes:

improved logging and error handling to try to fix new rancher-v2.6.2 service was not initialized properly #403
added option for users to recreate the container and change Rancher version (this option will be documented in https://github.com/Kamatera/rancher-kubernetes/blob/main/README.md)
added link in the description to the documentaion in https://github.com/Kamatera/rancher-kubernetes/blob/main/README.md
