Hello! I kept having issues for static ncurses during builds, until my partner hint me that mirror servers have higher availability. Then I realized that the default url here for other libraries from gnu archive was actually mirror servers, except ncurses. I can add configs in .yml as a workaround, but I think that's a bad practice, either for SWE or OSS. So I opened this PR and hope you can accept it soon! ^_^ |
