I added a function which runs the EA for the robot brain. At the end of the main function it also visualizes the best robot. The algorithm does not currently give very good results, but it may be because the bodies that are randomly generated are often unlearnable. I ran the algorithm with 100 individuals for 5 generations and it took around 10 minutes.
