Rails 6 refactors active record heavily and removes ActiveRecord::ConnectionAdapters::ConnectionSpecification, breaking querrel
This PR updates querrel to work with Rails 6. It is not backwards compatible, the existing querrel 1.4 should still be used with Rails 5 and earlier. Version number is bumped to 2.0.0 due to this incompatibility.
