Issue #1885 DHCP Exporter add group{} statement for Global Scopes
If more than one global scopes configured on one dhcp server, attributes attached to the global scope overwriting the same attributes set by an other global scope. A group{} statement around all scopes of an global scope as well as the attributes are added.
