For Core v22, the core docs have been migrated to the user docs repo (https://github.com/dashpay/docs). This was done in dashpay/docs#417, dashpay/docs#418, and dashpay/docs#419. This PR redirects the develop/latest branch pages from https://docs.dash.org/projects/core/en// to the new location (e.g., https://docs.dash.org/en/develop/docs/core).
Note: once v22 is released, redirects should be added for https://docs.dash.org/projects/core/en/stable/ and this repository should be removed as a sub-project in the ReadTheDocs project settings.
