Includes refactoring of template usage to separate model mapping from template rendering, so mappings can be reused for both templates. NB: Most mappings aren't actually reused yet.
Changed formatting of certain templates to streamline output format.
Deleted appsettings.json to avoid unintentional uploads of private configurations.
