Init PR for gallery page about Artifacts on Base, using base.blockscout.com/api to fetch all artifacts and owned artifacts from contract on Base, for local deploy is forced base artifact contract, expecting be changed by chainId for future.

Reading from ERC721 type , rarity , biome content from json Base64 by artifact.image url.

Visual for artifact.image ERC721 and trial for game Artifact sprite. Find differences between viewport code style and panes code style. Its not same functioniality.

In viewport artifacts img changing color according diferent sprite definition by rarity, biome , type. - TODO need to find how to do and repair panes and do same for gallery page.

Artifact Gallery Page preview :
total artifacts count without game contract content, unique holders counter,
basic filters for Biomes , Types , Rarities
MarketLinks hyperlinks on OpenSea and Rarible for artifacts collection on right side
Each card with art have hyperlinks on OpenSea and Rarible for artifact id

planet details pane with same artifacts webgl like in viewport - with 5x and more arts in SelectedArtifactRow for Planet Details card reached maxlimit WebGl content per page. *trying to fix within SelectedArtifactRow as one Webgl content with prerendered content for single position.

ArtGallery for now in pagination page style , since reached limit 16x WebGl content per page. *trying to fix within Card modal setup as one Webgl content with prerendered content for single position.
