Add basic support to Position Pattern #13

This PR Implement following:

Use ordered set when matching views, such that we keep the order information of matches
Basic parser and matcher for basic position pattern: :first-child, :last-child, :empty, :only-child
Fix DEIgorParserException compiler warning (class 'DEIgorParserException' defined without specifying a base class #12)

I don't quite sure the definition of :root and others, so I'll leave them later.
