This changes the browser toolbar button so that the interface no longer directly opens when clicking it. Instead a smaller popup opens in which platforms can be enabled/disabled, you can see how many items are stored per platform, and you can enable automatic scrolling.
In the future, the popup could contain platform-specific controls, if we choose to offer those (e.g. capture promoted posts or not).
