Is an implementation of John Holland's ECHO framework in NetLogo. It is a semi-generic agent-based modeling tool for studying complex adaptive social systems. Its use cases are currently KEI (a failing Dutch project for mandatory digitizing litigation practice) and e-CODEX (a European large scale pilot for making communication between EU meber-state judiciaries faster). Not yet published about in peer reviewed journals.
