The NDK support comes from a script at the bottom of the build.gradle file that packages the libs folder into a jar file and includes it in the APK.

I think you can just put them in src/main/jniLibs since 0.9.+ but I'm not sure how to specify that in source sets.

look at my fork - https://github.com/maxxx/OpenPanodroid . OpenPanodroid is a AS library here. Easily can be changed back to app, NDK works
