Adds a CI check before generate stats runs in the CI pipeline saving stats in each project for the script. If on merge this then runs and open PR we will then have two places to run checks:

• In the CI -> which then dumps a JSON into each project -> ci-stats.json
• In the JS script -> which then takes ci-stats.json and data from the script -> content files in Astro

If this works we will have the following in the Docs:

• Basic package json stats
• Basic build and install time stats
