The change aligns the code with the MCP SDK's API requirements for version 0.5.0
The Server constructor requires both server info and capabilities to be provided at initialization time
The previous approach using a separate registerCapabilities method doesn't exist in the SDK
This change fixes the initialization process, allowing the server to properly advertise its capabilities to clients
