add setting to ignore phrases that are just added start words
…nent subphrases when composite phrase is below minimum threshold for results. Fix bug with string numbers being passed for ngrams option causing memory crash.

The startWords array was only whitelisting entire ngram phrases instead of individual words like the stopWords blacklist. This makes the lists operate in the same way for consistency.
Also updated all the dependent packages to the latest versions.
