chore: bump version to 34; add e2e tests; upgrade deps and devDeps

• Bump electron and electron-windows to both 34, matching versions of they two
• Upgrade outdated eslint-config-egg and eslint-plugin-mocha, add ghost dep @babel/eslint-parser
• Add E2E playwright tests using app demo project to ensure the loadingView, create window and close work well on MacOS and Windows
• Fix that the demo app won't run because nodeIntegration is disabled that fs is not accessible in preload
• Fix some typos
