Description

The ashs package contains the single module hipseg. This module contains the sole function run_ashs.

run_ashs

run_ashs utilizes this singularity image to conduct automatic segmentation of hippocampal subfields (ASHS). Intermediate files are written to a location in /scratch (/scratch/emu_ashs?), and then copies relevant files to the project's derivatives/ashs location.
