- Remove icon files and methods, use Röntgen instead. - Replace complex icons with simple ones in `default.yml` scheme. - Remove Röntgen documentation.

We've moved icons to the separate Röntgen project and now we can use PyPI package roentgen-icons in Map Machine.
This resolves issue #149.
