As requested in #204, this PR changes the version number of https://github.com/ad08fee3/espanso-emoji-picker from 16.0.0 to 1.16.0.

Both versions are present within https://github.com/ad08fee3/espanso-emoji-picker until this PR gets merged, at which point I will remove 16.0.0 from https://github.com/ad08fee3/espanso-emoji-picker. Then the only live version (anywhere) will be 1.16.0.
