When following these instructions I found the path to run make menuconfig was incorrect. This corrects this error, correct `programs` misspelling and adds a link to esp-idf documentation to add MDF_PATH.

My correction to the working directory should be self evidently required when looking at these getting started instructions. I also added a link to instructions refered to in the text of this document.
