remove known entity removal from sample pipeline

Description of the changes

Fix for known entity removal pipeline failing in sample env by simply removing it from default sample env run.
Why?

• This pipeline runs fine locally on full data in reasonable time so the sample environment is not really needed.
• We may consider moving this pipeline out of MATRIX in the near future
